AAM Insurance Investment Management (AAM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Tippins as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for attracting and obtaining new insurance clients by leveraging her extensive expertise in structured finance and institutional investing to expand the firm’s market presence and drive strategic growth.  

Jennifer joins AAM from Citi Global Markets, where she most recently served as Director of Private Credit Solutions. Throughout her nearly two-decade career at Citi, she played a key role in developing private credit strategies, structuring complex financing solutions, and building long-standing relationships with institutional investors including insurance companies.

Jennifer holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Creighton University’s College of Business Administration and a B.S. in Health Administration & Policy from Creighton’s College of Arts and Sciences.   In addition, she holds NASD Licenses: Series 3, 7, 55, 63 and 79 and has been actively involved in industry organizations, including Women Investment Professionals (WIP) and Citi Markets Women RISE.
